			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are a lot of reasons why you may wish to reduce body fat.   Among the top reasons are to just look better and improve your overall health.  Losing weight must always be regarded as a long-term strategy.  However, <a target="_blank" href="//www.weightlossattack.com/how-to-lose-fat.php%C3%A2%C2%80%C2%9D">fast weight loss plans</a> won&#8217;t work over a long time, but may succeed over a short time period; but are they healthy diets?!.</p>
<p>On any diet, if you use up more calories than you take in, you will reduce weight .  However, these types of diets will also result in muscle loss.  The body should be able to optimally lose 2 lbs of body fat a week.  If greater than two lbs is lost, then it will most likely be muscle mass that will be lost.</p>
