We could very well say that the nutrition metabolism issues are usually self-generated. It is something that we do or don’t do that creates an imbalance and forces the body system to adapt to a certain situation if it is faulty. This is the case with crash diets and their inefficiency, because once the body understands you are giving it only very small portions of food, it will slow down the metabolism to work on the reduced food supplies you provide.
